We are a services firm, so the work is varied and client-facing. You will be on a small team, close to the client, with visible ownership of a piece of work. That means more responsibility earlier than a large firm would give you, and more direct feedback – including when something has not gone well.

We invest in certification and we pay for it, but we care more about what you have shipped than what you have passed.

What we look for

People who can explain a technical decision to someone non-technical, who say when they do not know something, and who finish things. Those three, in our experience, predict success in a services firm better than any specific technology on a CV.

We hire for the trajectory as much as the current level. If you are close on paper but clearly moving fast, apply anyway and say so.

How our hiring process runs

    Apply

    Email your CV quoting the role reference. We read every application and reply to all of them, including declines.

  2. 02

    First conversation

    Thirty minutes with the person who would lead your work. Mostly about what you have built and how you made the decisions you made.

  3. 03

    Technical session

    A working session relevant to the actual job – reviewing code, designing something, or talking through a real problem. Not a whiteboard puzzle and not a trivia quiz.

  4. 04

    Offer

    Written offer with the level, salary and reporting line stated plainly. We do not make exploding offers or pressure people to decide over a weekend.
