We are a Delaware-registered IT consulting and services company. We work with organisations that need their technology to be dependable, and who would rather have a straight answer than a polished one.
Who we are
Kian Global IT Solutions is an IT consulting and managed services firm headquartered in Newark, Delaware, with delivery capability in the United States and in Hyderabad, India.
We work across five practices – application services, data and analytics, cloud, infrastructure and managed IT, and technical staffing. Most of our clients come to us with a specific problem: an application nobody wants to touch, a data estate that cannot answer basic questions, a cloud bill that keeps climbing, or a team that is one resignation away from trouble.
We are deliberately not a body shop, and we are not a strategy boutique that hands you a deck and leaves. We scope the work, we deliver it, and we stay to run it if you want us to.
How we work
Written before built
Scope, success measures and assumptions go in writing before work starts. When something changes, we re-paper it rather than absorb it quietly and bill for it later.
Delivery where it makes sense
Onsite when the work needs to be in the room, remote when it does not, offshore when the economics matter and the work is well specified. Usually a blend.
Handover is the deliverable
Runbooks, documentation and knowledge transfer are in scope from day one. A dependency on us should be a choice you make, not a trap you fall into.

What we are not
